My mate crashed into a tree on Mitcham Common on his maiden flight. His P-51 Mustang is stuck at about 40ft. Tried all sorts to get it down. It's wedged solid. We tried ladders with a 25ft aerial (no chance) branches are too thin to climb. He returned home with half a wing and that's all!
Glad to say my Spit is in one peace. Had about eight good flights and landings.
